Too Young to Compete in the Olympics?

When you start off young in gymnastics, you can easily do more tricks. Psychologically, children worry less when attempting to do stunts. For the Olympics, there were at least two Chinese Competitors from the Gymnastic's team to be allegedly under age. He Kexin is one of the competitors who are accused of falsly inputing the wrong age to enter the Beijing games. The Olympic eligibility to enter the games is the age of 16. He's age is 16. Another competitor from China is Jiang Yuyuan (picture above) , she will supposedly turn 17 this November. But reporters might have reason to believe that both He and Jiang might actually be as young as 14 years old. Could the Chinese had gone too far?
